Async coaching

Video instead of endless messages.

Most online clients are too busy for frequent calls, so coaching happens in short videos you can watch when it suits you: a walkthrough of your form, or an explanation of what the next training phase is for and why.

  • Form-review videos tied to your own lifts
  • Phase explainers so you know the why
  • Check-in calls when a conversation helps

Questions

Good to know before you apply.

Who is online coaching for?

Busy adults who want a real plan and real accountability without driving to a gym session. Many of my online clients are in their 40s to 60s and balancing work and family.

Can you work around injuries?

Yes. Most clients arrive with some pain or an injury, and your program is written around it. Training should not be thrown out because something hurts.

How do I get my workouts?

Your program lives in the Superset app on your phone, so each workout is one tap away.

How do check-ins work?

Mostly through short video feedback, plus check-in calls booked on my calendar when you want to talk things through.

What does it cost?

Pricing is shared after your free consult so I can recommend the right level of coaching for you.

Client results

What clients say.

I started with a torn calf muscle and weighed well over 315 pounds. My knee issues were so severe that I couldn’t walk up stairs without pain… Now, I haven’t needed my knee braces for over a month while playing, and my game has improved significantly with more stamina, endurance, and quickness.

I am a female in my 50s and have experience with personal trainers… Tyler is on top of the podium! He shares the whys on the exercises and the rep count and is careful to adjust as needed when things pop up such as a tweaked knee or elbow. He is an excellent communicator.
