Privacy Policy

Effective October 30, 2026. This policy explains what information Weader Performance LLC collects, why, where it is kept, who can see it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

Weader Performance LLC is a strength coaching business in Phoenix, Arizona. We coach clients in person at 3375 E Shea Blvd, Suite N, Phoenix, AZ 85028, and online. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Weader Performance LLC, and “you” means a client, someone applying to become a client, or a visitor to this website.

We are a fitness coaching business, not a healthcare provider. We still treat your health information as confidential.

What we collect

  • Contact details: name, phone, email, home address, date of birth and an emergency contact.
  • Health and goals: injuries, surgeries, pain, medical conditions, medications that could affect exercise, health screen answers and your fitness goals.
  • Training records: workouts, weights, sets and reps, assessments, measurements, body composition results, check-in answers and progress photos.
  • Session notes and recordings: written notes, voice-recorded notes taken during sessions and calls, short form-check videos, and notes from online check-in calls.
  • Billing and scheduling: your membership, payment history and booked sessions. Card details are entered directly into Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
  • Messages: emails, texts and in-app messages you send us.
  • Website visits: anonymous visit counts. See “This website” below.

Why we collect it

  • To coach you safely and build a program around your goals, history and progress.
  • To contact you or your emergency contact, and share relevant health details with responders, if you need urgent care.
  • To schedule sessions, bill your membership and keep business and tax records.
  • To send you progress reports and coaching updates.
  • To share your photos, testimonial or results in marketing, only if you give permission when you sign up. You can withdraw that permission at any time for future use.

Who can see it

Only Weader Performance LLC has access to client records. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone else except:

  • the service providers listed below, which store or process it for us;
  • emergency responders, if you need urgent care;
  • when the law requires it; or
  • when you ask us to, such as sharing notes with your physical therapist or doctor.

Where it is stored

We use these tools to run the business. Each one stores data on its own secure servers under its own privacy policy.

  • Superset: training programs, workout logs, check-ins and coaching messages.
  • Notion: client records, notes and progress reports.
  • Google Workspace: email, calendar and business documents.
  • Stripe: payments and billing.
  • Cal.com: booking for sessions, consults and check-in calls.
  • Tally: intake and application forms.
  • Granola: voice notes and call notes, transcribed to text.
  • Tella: coaching and form-review videos.
  • Cloudflare: hosts this website.

How long we keep it

  • Signed agreements, waivers and billing records: 3 years after your membership ends, for legal and tax reasons.
  • Health information, training records, notes, photos and videos: while you are a client and for up to 3 years after, so we can pick up where we left off if you come back. After that we delete them, or you can ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Applications from people who don’t become clients: up to 2 years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

Email or text us and we will respond within 30 days. You can ask us to:

  • send you a copy of the information we have about you;
  • correct anything that is wrong;
  • delete your information, except records we must keep for legal or tax reasons;
  • stop using your photos, testimonial or results in future marketing; or
  • stop texting you about anything other than your sessions and billing.

How we protect it

  • Client records are kept in password-protected accounts with two-factor sign-in where the tool offers it.
  • Access is limited to Weader Performance LLC.
  • Payment details go straight to Stripe. We never collect card numbers on paper.
  • We use established providers that encrypt data in transit.

No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will tell you promptly.

This website

This site does not use advertising cookies or ad trackers. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and does not identify you. Forms on the site are run by Tally, and booking links open Cal.com. Those companies handle what you enter under their own privacy policies, and the information then comes to us.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use client information, we will tell current clients by email or text.
